     So I was thinking to just post personal things here. Everything that happens when I travel, updates about my cat and life in general. Poetry that I write, songs I write or listen and fall in love with. Movies that I love. Everything that goes through my mind. In Romanian and English and, soon I hope, French.

     First of all, I want to introduce myself as someone that hasn't settled yet. You're gonna read about change and future a lot. I try to keep it in Carpe Diem, but I've got plans and I love loving and I'm working on myself.

     Okay, let's start. I found Noir like a year ago, crying in this tree. I was on the phone, heading to an exam. She was really scared, but when I got close and touched her, she stopped. She started screaming again while we walked and I held her. As soon as we got home, she hid under the bed and refused to come out when I was in the room, but she drank the milk and ate the food when I was gone.

     After two weeks or so, I was laying in my bed reading and I heard her coming out of the bed. She went scooping the floor, the she looked at me and climbed the bed. I didn't move so I won't scare her off. She kept doing this for a few days, but as I thought, she'd run back under the bed as soon as I moved. Until I started petting her and she loved it. That was the moment I tamed the little dragon.

This is Noir, when she finally accepted me and started sleeping in my hair.

     The first time we traveled I took the university admission exam and Noir came with me. We've slept at my sister's place and every time I was close to a breakdown, she'd come purring in my face and she would drag me to sleep at night, even tho she was so little. She used to climb my niece's doll house and hide in the chimney and play with the little windows, jump in and out. She's been there when I failed and when I had to make hard decisions. Always there to help out with her beautiful green eyes.

      At first, I couldn't find a pet-friendly rental so I had to leave her at my parents and that was a dark period of my life. I didn't realize she was the factor that kept me smiling and going on and focusing on my studies. I went home for Christmas and when I saw her, I knew I needed to do my best to take her to Cluj with me. I bought a hammock that winter hoping I'll get to use it after the weather allowed me to. She loved it so much I had a hard time packing it back. In January I moved in the apartment I'm living in now, that's pet-friendly and I catified my bedroom. We used to hit the park and lay in this hammock for hours and she'd enjoy it more than I did.

     This summer  I had my exam session and I read so much material I could cry every night to clean my eyes. She sat on my papers when she thought I needed a break and whenever I got mad because it didn't make any sense, she's jump on them and play until she ripped them apart. I was in the kitchen almost the whole day, forgetting to eat, so she'd go by the fridge and meow (I didn't forget to feed her, tho). She's always been so cute and loving. 

That's Noir helping with my multitasking: studying while eating, reading the course and writing my assignment, but there's always time for a cuddle.

      At this point, we've spent more than 40 hours traveling home and back or to see new places, and I'm planning to take her to my hikes and to sleep with her in a tent, to see Romania with her, to sleep under the summer sky in the hammock we love so much. She likes sleeping where I put my bags in the train and she loves looking out the window. She doesn't like traveling by car, tho. I knitted her harness and my mom made me a skirt and a vest for Noir so we can wear assorted clothes.

We ended up travelling a lot. I hope we will keep doing this for the next 13 years.

     It's been a year since our adventure started. And so much more is about to happen!
